Grace at hand is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they’re in the hands of mail carriers. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds, but we will work with you on replacements for a specific issue if it was our mistake. Packages are all shipped with insurance through usps.
Any issues with orders need to be addressed within 48 hours of package being delivered.
Our standard Turn Around Time (TAT) for ready to ship items is 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. For custom and pre-orders that time can vary, but typically this ranges up to 35 business days starting the day after your order is placed and paid.
